I stumbled across this site while browsing family history info. Interesting read on Rev. W.T. Tate, whom I suppose I am distantly related to. If there are any Tate's out there interested in sharing some family history, please contact me! My line goes back through Asa and Millie Tate, both buried in the same cemetery as W.T.'s father. Hope to hear from you!

Looking for Malinda Jayne Elliott Worley.
Henry and Mary Petty Jenkins were my ancestors. They had a son names Z.O. who married R.R. Haynes' oldest daughter, Florence. They were my great-grandparents. My mom grew up in the house with her grandmother, Florence. Mom knows lots about family history. I am not so lucky, but I keep my ears open when she's talking about it.
Check out the family tree in the back of the reprint of the R.R. Haynes book. I am/was Elizabeth Ann Early, the youngest in the family tree at the initial printing.
Liz Early Williams.
